Arme is authorized to provide occupational safety, hot work and scaffolding work training to its own personnel as well as personnel of customers, subcontractors and other parties.
In order to cover the increasing needs for training of of foreign personnel, Arme Oy offers training in up to seven languages.
The Finnish occupational safety card is a national policy, that has been developed to improve occupational safety in joint projects and shared workplaces..
By completing the safety training it is ensured that cardholders are capable to act safe, to affect occupational safety in a positive way and that they possess basic knowledge of occupational safety along with the right attitude for avoiding work injuries and hazardous situations.
The occupational safety card is optional, but as a general rule customers and contractors require their own workers and the personnel of their sub-suppliers and partners to complete the training in order ensure project quality and safety, as well as facilitate the practical workflow.
Arme provides occupational safety card training in seven different languages (Finnish, English, Swedish, German, Estonian, Russian, and Polish).
Workers, whose work involves fire, or a work procedure capable of causing fire, are required to conduct a hot work permit training. Typical examples of works that require a hot work permit are welding, flare cutting, metal grinding, and utilization of open fire or hot air blower.
The training is focused on ensuring safe working practices. The objective for the cardholders is to be able to follow safety guidelines in their work and promote safe behaviour in their workplace.
Arme provides hot work card training in seven different languages (Finnish, English, Swedish, German, Estonian, Russian, and Polish).
Arme provides scaffolding training services for its own as well as for subcontractor and partner personnel. The product training provides the participant with a better insight

Additionally, the scaffolder will learn how the systems should be assembled and what the benefits are in terms of ease of use. The training is intended for new as well as for experienced scaffolders who want to include Alfix modular scaffolding systems in their product range. The result of the training is that scaffolders will be fully informed of all the benefits, unique features and functionalities of the Alfix systems.
