Pre-manufacturing

The pre-manufacturing of the steel sheet plates and enclosures for piping insulation is critical for the project success. This is a chain of events that consists of part manufacturing, quality assurance, warehousing, packing, and on time delivery to the site.

The major part of pre-manufacturing takes place in Kuullo, along with Naantali and Kouvola. Depending on the project, it is possible to create pre-manufacturing cells at the site.

Well automated production process ensures the same high quality for all parts, but also traditional hand craft is still very important.
