Prefabrication

Prefabrication of the steel sheet plates and enclosures for piping insulation is critical for the success of the project. What is involved, is an entire chain of events consisting of the fabrication of the parts, quality assurance, storage, packaging, and timely delivery to the work site. 

Most of Arme’s prefabrication takes place at the Kulloo place of business, along with Naantali and Kouvola. Depending on the project, prefabrication facilities can also be established on-site. 

The largely automated production process ensures that all the products have the same high quality, yet traditional handicraft skills continue to play a vital role.
