About the company

Arme Oy designs and carries out unique and demanding insulation and scaffolding projects for industrial clients and companies operating within the building services and shipyard industries, along with performing related maintenance work.

As a full-service house, Arme Oy is engaged in the installation, sales, and leasing of scaffolding for all industrial and construction needs, offering also related work safety training in several different languages. 

Our main customer segments comprise the petrochemical, energy and nuclear power industry, construction, and the marine industry, all requiring demanding solutions. 

In addition to providing the technical solutions, we always ensure that the project is a success and is carried out in an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient manner in accordance with the company’s safety, quality and environmental certificates, as well as its solid work safety culture. 

Arme Oy’s inception dates back to 1974. In 2008, the company’s turnover amounted to MEUR 23.5. Arme currently employs 250 people and the company’s corporate headquarters are located in Vantaa at Airport Plaza Business Park. The company has additional offices in Kulloo, Porvoo, Naantali and Kouvola. 

The main shareholder of Arme Oy is a fund managed by the investment company Sentica Partners (78 per cent) and the remaining 22 per cent is held by the operative management of the company. The Arme group of companies also includes Renetor Oy, OOO Renetor in Russia, and Renetor Grupp Oü in Estonia.
