About the corporation

Arme Oy designs and carries out demanding insulation, scaffolding projects, and maintenance work for the industrial, commercial building technology and ship yard industries.

As a full service house, Arme Oy installs, sells, and lease scaffolding to industrial and construction use, and offers industrial related work safety training.

The main customer segments are petrochemical, energy, nuclear power industry, construction, and the marine industry, that all require demanding solutions.

Along with the technical solutions, we always ensure that the project is a success, has environmental friendly solutions, and energy is efficient, following the corporation’s safety, quality, and environmental certificates, and its strong work safety culture.

Arme Oy was founded in 1974. Turnover in 2008 was 23,5 MEUR. Arme has 250 employees. Head office is located in Vantaa at Airport Plaza Business Park and other offices are located in Kulloo, Porvoo, Naantali and Kouvola.

Main shareholders of Arme Oy are investment company Sentica Partners (78 %) and the other 22 % is owned by the operative management. Additionally Renetor Oy, OOO Renetor in Russia, and Renetor Grupp Oü in Estonia, are a part of the Arme Group.
